Thank you to Ruei-jen Fan, her family, and committee for making Bingo Night a big success. I’ve heard from so many families what a fun evening it was. I also want to thank Jenn Doran and Jeanne Snyder for organizing the food sold by the 5th grade because, let’s face it, events are better with a bake sale!
Our next event (with bake sale) will be held this Friday, March 16. Murray’s Got Talent begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. Come be amazed by the variety of talent our kids are going to display. It’s sure to be a fantastic evening.
Our winter session of M3 wraps up this week. Thanks to Candice Love, Allie Hill, and all of the volunteers who made this another great learning experience. I was excited to see such great attendance, especially in some newly offered classes.
Many more PTO events will be happening now that spring is approaching. Watch for details about the Fun Run, Teacher Hospitality Week, and new Party Parade events.

Murray's Got Talent! is finally here! This Friday at 6:00 in the school cafeteria we will be showcasing the diverse talents of our wonderful students! Performers, please arrive between 5:15 - 5:30 for check-in. Fifth-grade bake sale will be open from 5:00 - 5:50. We will begin our show PROMPTLY at 6:00. We are very excited to make this the best talent show ever!
SCHOOL STORE IS OPEN THIS FRIDAY MORNING
The school store is back – this Friday, March 16. Your child can come check out the fun selection of school supplies and goodies from 7:45 until 7:55 on Friday morning. Don’t miss out! There won’t be another school store until after spring break.
BINGO NIGHT THANK YOU
Thank you so much to the Murray community for a fabulous Bingo Night last Friday, March 9! The evening was filled with laughter and loud shouts of “BINGO”! There were many happy children and families. We appreciate all of the donations from the parents, grandparents, Crutchfield, and Blue Mountain Brewery. We would also like to thank Erin Tracey, Bridget Donaldson, Duncan Hill, and our school staff Carla Dodson, Isaac Brown, and Rattu Yonjon, without their help this awesome event wouldn’t have been possible. Thank you also to the Murray administration staff who tirelessly helped us to send out flyers and allowing us to use the gym for the event. Finally, thank you to the whole Murray community for your continued support and for helping our 5th graders’ field trip fundraiser. See you next year!

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Our elementary schools host a Kindergarten registration event in the spring of each school year. This year's Kindergarten event will be on Wednesday, March 21st, 2018. For more detailed information about registering a child to attend Kindergarten, please visit our Kindergarten Registration page.
We will also hold Kindergarten Camp on June 11 and 12 from 9:00 to 11:30 am. Children will meet the kindergarten team, other incoming kindergarteners, as well as take a ride around the block on the bus. Ideally, we would like to see your child at camp both days. We look forward to welcoming the class of 2032 soon!
